This is how we store your personal data:

- If you have an account with us, we will store your personal data for as long as you continue to use your account. If you decide to deactivate your account, we will delete your personal information immediately.

- For orders placed with us, we store your personal data for a period of 7 years to comply with tax legislation. Your personal data will then be securely deleted.

- In case of questions or requests that you send us, we will store your personal data for a maximum of 1 year as part of our internal quality system. This allows us to gain insights and improve our services. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.

- If you have chosen to receive our newsletter, we will retain your personal data until you unsubscribe via the opt-out option offered in each newsletter. When you unsubscribe, we will immediately delete your personal data related to the distribution of the newsletter.

- When applying for a job, we process your personal data for the duration of the application procedure. We will then securely delete your personal data unless you explicitly consent to extend the retention period for another year. If a suitable vacancy arises in the near future, this extension may be considered. If you prefer not to have your personal data retained for this purpose, we will delete it immediately upon completion of the application process.

For security reasons and to verify your identity, we kindly ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with your request. When providing this copy, ensure that your passport photo, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport, passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) are blacked out to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, with a maximum processing time of four weeks. Once your request has been processed, we will securely delete your passport copy.
